Advanced JQL query issue

Guys i am creating a dashboard where i want to see specific data for a certain App - see below: 

(created >= -1w AND project = "XX" AND "Product[Dropdown]" in ("Mini") ORDER BY status DESC, assignee ASC, created DESC

Query works fine i see the data i want on the chart however i click on the bar chart segment it gives me an error and doesnt show me the tickets for that particular day.

Which dashboard gadget are you using, and is it a built-in or marketplace addon one?

What is the error being displayed?

Perhaps posting images of the chart, the gadget settings, and the error will help provide context for suggestions.  Thanks!

Can you show us before and after. I'm having trouble visualizing what you are talking about.
