Age of WIP chart... for Kanban teams

Does anyone know how to get/build an age of WIP chart in Jira?

An age of WIP chart shows:

• All of the workflow steps on the x-axis
• WIP age on the y-axis (e.g. days)
• Individual work items' WIP age plotted (time from start of in-progress until now), showing the work item in each step column
• Mean, Median, and Mode threshold lines...or, percentiles of item thresholds: 50%, 75%...

This is a measurement tool for teams using Kanban to help diagnose workflow issues.

FYI, I'm trying to see this at a glance for the workflow, not repeatedly changing the settings of something like the "control chart" to gather data to plot outside of Jira in another tool.

We use the Actionable Agile add-on right now for that. They have a fantastic chart for it.
