Hi everyone,
unfortunately I'm not able to apply a promo code shared by a vendor. Therefore I would need a working installation of the app. After using a free version I was asked for my banking details. The app was still installed but not working anymore which seems to a requirement to apply a promotion code. After uninstalling the app I coudn't reinstall the app.
What can I do to make it work?

Trail versions of Marketplace apps on Jira Cloud are valid for 30 days only. Afterwards you have to buy it or apply the promotion code from the vendor instead of payment.
If you fail to apply the promotion code provided from the vendor, you can only request help by Atlassian as they are in charge of the license management: https://support.atlassian.com/
It can be the case that your Jira instance is running as an annual subscription, the promotion is for monthly subscription. Then the promotion code can´t be applied. In this case Atlassian can help together with the vendor.
