Assignee field is not updated with value provided in excel file then uploaded using Zephyr Importer

Problem : We are not able to view the value provided for the Assignee Field column in excel file.

Steps followed:

Excel file for test case upload created with all the field values like Name, Description, Step, Result, Assignee etc.

Excel file picked for import in Zephyr TestCase importer utility. Import got successful.

On JIRA not able to see the value for the assignee field, its getting displayed as Unassigned.

Expected : Username(JIRA user) which was provided in Assignee column to be updated in issue

Previously we have not encountered by this issue.

Please suggest it this because of some change or some restrictions has been applied for now.

Hi @GULSHAN KUMAR ,

 user key is removed by jira as a part of gdpr so we have to change it to account id now

In Jira UI , click on your profile icon on the sidebar and in the URL you can seethe accountId .The URL is as below and the last part is your accountID.

Use the attachment for the latest jar for importer. Get in touch with the support team to get the new importer utility.
