Hello, I would like to create an automation based on the status that I assign to the comment (not to the ticket). Do you think that's possibile?

Use smart values in Jira Automation to trigger actions when a comment is added or updated.
Create a custom field or label that an approver or user could update after leaving a comment, and set an automation rule based on the update to that field or label.
