Hi,
Wondering if you can provide direction on the best way to automate the result of a JIRA third field called ' risk level' based on the selection of field 1 called 'risk likelihood' and field 2 called 'risk consequence'. There are a few combinations, is their a better way than writing lots of "if" then statements in automation ? Here is the matrix of combinations.
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for reaching out, unfortunately, the best solution available is using if statements as you describe.
Sorry,
Scott.
