Automatically add label when issue is created BUT not for subtasks

Hi there,

I created an automation for adding 'refine' label whenever new issue is created. It helps us to keep the track of the tickets that need to be refined, so we remove the label once the story is refined by the team.

However, this rule is then applying for subtasks as well, which is not useful in our case.
Is there any way I could exclude subtasks from this?

Thanks a lot!
Antonela

Hi @Antonela Mestrovic ,

that's very simple, you can add a condition to your run that says "Issue Type" is NOT "Subask". It would look something like this :

Let me know if this helps,
