×We currently release multiple projects at one time and they don't have versions defined under the project. What we do now is manually go to the Kanban board containing the multiple projects and do a manual release, creating the version there on the fly. Is there a way to have the automation rule create on run?
It is possible. Please take a look and customize the release name as per your requirements.
1. branch out the rule after the trigger condition.
2. Add new action -> Create variable
3. Name the variable
4. In the value of the variable add the format of your release name
5. Add new action -> Create version
6. Select Fix Version as the field
7. Enter the variable name used in step 3 within {}
8. Save the automation rule
