Automation to add child tasks and subtasks to an epic level issue type

Hello,
I created an Epic Level - Hierarchy Level 1 - issue type called X. I would like to have tasks and subtask associated with X issue type. I created this automation , but am not sure how to create these tasks as child and subtasks for the Main Project. Any idea what am I missing?

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
I think setting it up like this would give you what you are looking for. You'd want one condition to be related issues and then you can choose that the Stories/Tasks are not present.
