Hi, I have a new site with the products Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence (in total only 6 projects, 4 Spaces and 2 users). I used the standard version everywhere. Using the backup manager I want to create a backup of my site. I get the following error message:
What can I do? I can't find any information about this error message anywhere and I'm relatively stumped right now.

Hello @Ben , looking at your attached screenshot, I am suspecting if you are impacted by https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9996 Bug and going through this Bug it seems the issue could be related to Jira Service Management SLA. Please have a look.
If this doesn't help, I would suggest you directly open a case with Atlassian Support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ because we need to look into the backend logs to understand what went wrong.
