Best Workflow for Agile Software development

We are using GreenHopper's defauly workflow (GreenHopper Simplified Workflow ) for our Agile software development project.

1. How to add a review for a Issue Type in the workflow. eg: We would like to have a review of the User Story by the product owner and get his approval or signature. How to include that in our workflow.

2. Another thing I noticed is that there is no connecting links between Open, Closed and Resolved tansitions in GreenHopper Simplified Workflow. Why is it like that?

Simplified workflow is, as the name suggests, quite simplified. If you need more states, different paths (like approvals), more transitions etc, you should start configuring your own workflow.

That s exactly what i tried to do but without success!!

I copied the standard workflow, added a new status "Testing" and also added some transitions. Next step was to add a new workflow scheme and assigned some issue types with it. Last step was to assign my testing project with this scheme, re-index the project but the tests failed!

In the "view workflow" i could see my adapted workflow, but i wasn t able to use my new status although it was shown and the issue type was assigned. Is there any manual where this is described step by step?

If I would like to have a approval process after creating a Story (Not for other Issue Types like bugs), how can I create this workflow?

Not sure whether I can add anything more than what Jobin said. If you are using Simplied Workflow all the issuetypes will use the same workflow.

If you have customized workflows, you can use it per issuetype by having your own Workflow Schemes.

Are you using GreenHopper for this approval process or is this outside of that?
