Biggantt WBS

Hello everyone,

We are trying Biggantt in our Jira Site (Cloud) and from one week when we create the WBS manually it does not appear automatically the "Relates to" link in the issues connected.

Please see the example below, we expect a "Relates to" link between TPSW-43 and TPSW-45, 44 and 46.

We already checked the link configuration, but the links listed are referred only to the connections made between the start and the end of two issues.

How can we re-set the link between two issues when a WBS is created?

Thank you

Hello Gianni

In order to use the 'Relates' issue link to automatically build your work breakdown structure in BigGantt, you need to access your BigGantt program configuration and set the 'Task structure' as in figure 1.

But: you may not have the 'Relates' link available on the list. Why? Because the 'Relates' link may already be taken by 'Soft links' field, as seen in fig. 2. And so you need to go to Jira administration first, free up the 'Relates' link (I used the 'Parent to Child relations' there), then go back to your BigGantt program configuration, and you should now see the 'Relates' link available.
