Bitbucket Deployments not visible in Deployments tab despite showing up in issue development panel

I can see deployments in the development panel on the issue in Jira:

But not in my project's Deployments in Jira:

There was a PR, branch, and some commits with the issue id, which built in Bitbucket, visible in Deployments:

It seems that Bitbucket sent the build information successfully, but Jira is not displaying it in the tab.  I tried adjusting the date range, with no effect.
