Blocking application orders

Hi everyone,

Is it possible blocking orders app in Jira Software and Confluence ? 

Object: I want the user to not be able to buy apps from the store. Only admin.

Anyone could, in theory, buy or subscribe to an app from the marketplace, but there's little point in doing so, as it has to be done in the context of an Atlassian application's installation.

• Server/DC app licences are tied to the server ID, and have to be added by an admin
• Cloud apps can only be added to Cloud applications by admins

In both cases, while anyone could in theory pay for the app, only the admins can make it work.  So there's no need for any "block" on people buying apps - only your admins can make use of the app.

Not all users can install apps from the marketplace, only jira admins can. Please refer to this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/integrate-apps/
