Hi @Raj Somaiya,
Yes, this is possible with our Great Gadgets app for Jira. One of the many gadget that this app offers, is the Release Burnup Burndown Chart gadget that allows you to generate a burnup/burndown chart based on a filter of issues (instead of sprint). It is highly configurable.
This app offers many other gadgets that you will find useful.

Hi @Raj Somaiya ,
Unfortunately this is not possible with the Jira Software burndown charts as they need sprints to be set up.
Your example would need to track against something as a measure. Is it measuring an issue's progress as a percentage complete between the issue's created date and it's due date?
Let me know more about your use case as it sounds interesting. :)
Thanks,
Danny

Hi @Danny
So I am working in a product test environment, I have a series of tests to be conducted on each product and need a burn down chart to determine what more is left and how much time is it gonna take to wrap it up. This is not setup in sprints, it is just tickets reflecting the tests.

Hi @Raj Somaiya,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
No, the burn down chart is only available in JSW projects. But there is a created vs resolved chart that you can use for any project.

It should be noted that the Created vs. Resolved chart does not work for Team Managed Work Management projects, because it relies on the Resolution Date field and that field is not set in such projects.

Hi Trudy, thanks for your response.
If I were to set the resolution dates for the tickets, that should give me reliable a created vs resolved chart ?

Actually I just discovered that for Team Managed Work Management project the bug about setting the Resolution field and Resolution Date field has been fixed as of May 2023 and subsequently released to all Cloud instances.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-180
That change did not update issues that were already set to a done status, but should've been applied to any issue set to a done status since the fix was released.
