Business Timeline to Software Timeline

We have created the events planner which is a business project however the timeline doesn't seem to allow you to dropdown epics to show tasks.

Nor does it let you open the task on the right hand side.

However software projects let you.

Is there a way to do this in the business planners?

Unfortunately, only the List view supports the hierarchical view of Epic > Story > Sub-task, here's the feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-30 (you can vote on the related sub-task to support hierarchy on timeline https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JWMCLOUD-111)
