Can I add Watchers and Voters field in Jira Core?

I have enabled users the ability to Watch and Vote on issues within Project permissions, but I cannot find how to add the Watchers or Voters field on any of the Issue screens. When I search the list of fields to add, neither come up.

I found Watcher Custom Field for Jira plugin, but it is not supported in cloud. Is there another way to do add this in cloud?

Hi Katie,

You can see the voters and watchers in the top-right corner of each issue:

Using their respective counters you can retrieve the full list of voters and watchers and operate with them if you have the necessary permissions.

If you need a field able to display and manage voters and watchers from any transition screen you have to use some kind of scripting... sure someone here can help you on this ^^

Ok I see now this makes sense, those field details are within the issue but I was unable to see them because I was doing everything within a transition screen. 

Would love any suggestions of how to manage voters and watchers from a transition screen!
