Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×We have a Confluence page for every Epic. I have successfully linked the page to the Epic but I would like the page to show on every task nested under the Epic (without having to do it manually). Is this possible?
Thanks!
Josh
Hello @Josh Smythe
There is no way to automatically link Confluence pages to tasks under an epic and totally know where you're coming from (we use Jira tickets to track Confluence work).
I found the best workaround is to copy/paste the Jira tickets into the Confluence page rather than manually linking each Confluence page to the ticket. It's less clicks to add multiple tickets to the page and much faster.
If you don't want the tickets to show up on the page, you can copy the Jira tickets into an the excerpt macro and select "Hide Excerpted Content".
I hope this helps!
Thanks for the workaround! Would love it if Atlassian added this feature =)
