Can I change the default filter of Bug Tracking?

I have set up Bug Tracking, can I adjust the default filter JQL from project = "BUG" ORDER BY created DESC to project = "BUG" and status != done ORDER BY created DESC?

If not, what is the reason?

At present, there is no way to change the project default filter. 

You can vote and watch for the suggestion ticket raised https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71176 for the updated on this feature
