Can I change the email address of Jira users in my company?

Hi,

My company recently changed email domains due to our name change. Rather than having each employee change their email address, IT would like to change their email address. Is there a way for admins to do this?

Take a look at this page, it seems that the jira admin can't do it:

That is correct. On cloud each user must manage their own userid and email.
