I had one Jira software product in my organization with 10 users. Yesterday I added another one and now it says next to it price estimate: 16.30$.
Does this mean that I need to pay to use the added product or is it just if I want to continue using it with the standard plan?
If its the case that I need to pay, is there a way to make another product on the same email without the need to pay? Can I just create another organization and add one product to it, will that make it free?
Hello @Relja Mihajlović ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
So what happened is that as soon as you added the 11th user to your Jira Software product, you immediately went into a 14-day trial for Jira Software Standard. After the 14 days, if you don't reduce your users to 10 and switch back to the Free plan, it will start charging.
You can go with creating another organization and putting Jira Software on the free plan there, but there is no way that organizations links/communicates with the original organization.
Thank you for the quick replay. One more thing, I didn't add any new users. The two users you see in the paid Jira software product are already in the other 10 you see in the free plan product. I guess Jira looks at them as if they were new?

Have you tried changing the subscription on that product from Standard to Free?
