For your request to get the status that issue was when it was flagged, I can suggest a solution from my team. If you're ok with plugins, check out Issue History for Jira. It stores all the past activities of the team.
You can add statuses and flagged fields to get the report.

You can manually review the History tab for the issue to find the dates when the status was changed and compare that to the date when the issue was flagged.
There is no field that you can query to get that information natively.
Going forward you could create a custom field and use automation to fill the field with the current status value when an issue is flagged. You would then be able to filter based on that custom field.

It is a Text Field (single line).
The audit log shows "success", but the field "status do Bloqueio" remains empty.

You should not need to use the Advanced JSON Editing option.
You should be able to simply select the field using the Choose fields to set option.
You can then insert the smart value as the value you want to save in the field.
