Can i store the screen details in custom field

I wanted to know that can I create a custom field which will store the name of the screen used by the issue. which will be automated?

No, I am afraid not. Can you elaborate on the deeper goal you would be trying to achieve by doing something like that? Most likely, there's other / better ways to get to the desired result.
