Can't create sub-task in specific statuses

Gal Shamir June 28, 2022

Hi,

How can I control the statuses that enable me to create sub-tasks?

While trying, I'm getting this error:

Transition is not authorized because current Issue's parent Issue should be in one of the following statuses: Open, In Progress, Reopened, Backlog, New, Assigned, Ready, Completed, Blocked, Testing, Ready For Testing, In Review, Confirmed
Assignee is empty

And I need to be able to create sub-tasks under 2 statuses that
are not in the attached list.Sub task error.png

Thanks,

Gal

That's being done by a validator that your admins have put into your sub-task workflow.  You'll need to ask them to edit it and include the status you need.
