Can't delete a workflow scheme or assign a different workflow to the scheme

I have a workflow scheme that isn't assigned to any projects but I don't have the delete option for it. I have also tried to change the workflow that is assigned to the scheme but I get this error:

Hi @Lucy Cookney ,

Could you try the workflow delete operation in a different browser (preferably in Chrome)?

What is the version of Chrome? Can you try with the latest version of chrome?
