Can't log time with TEMPO

Please, we need a fix with this ASAP. I'm trying to log 1h 15m and TEMPO says: "8h 15m exceeds daily limit of 8h". This is occurring for weeks.

Does it make a difference if you try to log less time? Can you log just 1 hour?

Have you already logged 7 hours of time against issue in Jira for the day?

It sounds like one of your administrators has configured the Tempo feature to allow no more than 8 hours to be logged per day. Please consult with your Jira and Tempo administrators to find out if this is the case.

Yes, I've logged 1h successfully but I could not add 15 minutes.

Now I'm facing the very same issue for another ticket.

As I said, it appears that one of your administrators changed the Tempo configuration to limit the number of hours logged per day to 8. And it seems that you have already logged 8 hours of work total on issues in Jira for this day.

If you are actually working more than 8 hours, you will need to talk to your Jira administrators about this limitation they have set.
