Can't see colleague time logs

Hi,

 

I've created a role in Tempo "Office Administration".

That role has all permissions and I assigned two users, however, 1 user can see all timesheets, the other can't.

 

I'm assuming that with the above set up properly, we should both see time sheets.

this still sounds like a permission issue to me. One user is missing something the other one has.

Please confirm that both users and/or the project role you assigned them to have all these permissions:

Tempo Timesheets Access permission for the appropriate Jira group in your company. All Jira users have access to Tempo Timesheets by default, but you can also limit access to a smaller group of Jira users.

Global permissions for administrator types. As a Jira administrator, you have all these permissions by default, but you can assign them to others if you don't want to do all the work!
Tempo administrator
Tempo Team administrator
Tempo Account administrator
Project permissions for all Tempo users:
Browse Projects
Work on Issues
Edit Own Worklogs
Delete Own Worklogs
Project permissions for only team leads and managers:
View All Worklogs
Edit All Worklogs
Delete All Worklogs
