I am trying to give JIRA more of my money but it won't let me! I've submitted tickets to JIRA support and they are blaming it on my browser. It's not my browser! Other admins in our org can't upgrade either. I keep getting the below error every time I click "select premium"
The issue was that we hadn't paid our service management standard bill yet (it was about to be paid) so we couldn't upgrade to premium. The error clearly didn't state that and support claimed it was my browser.
Hi @Isaac Painter and welcome to the community,
I can totally understand your frustration. To be honest, if I am about to give people more money and for a strange reason the service quality for the more expensive service is bad, then I just don't feel like giving them more money.. However, since you've already contacted Atlassian's support and they confirm that is a browser thing, may I suggest, and just to get it out of the way, to:
It would be great if you could have open your developer's tool and see for any errors. If you have already done this, did you send it to Atlassian's support?

Thanks for the reply. I tried those things. Regarding payment, I’m inclined to agree with you but we drank the Kool aid and it would not be a good ROI to back out of JIRA at this point.
