Can the Cloud url be accessed from a set of IP ranges only?

For the Atlassian Cloud instance, from a security point of view, can we restrict access of the URL to a few set of IPs or IP ranges? Do we have any such control measures available?

Such functionality does exist but you require a Premium cloud plan for it. Below you can find more details regarding the feature.
