Can we restrict the advanced roadmap view(s) that users can view and edit?
I have read through he following documentation
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/set-permissions-in-advanced-roadmaps
If I have an Advanced Roadmap Plan, I see that I can restrict Edit\View permissions, there is a dropdown of saved views, can I configure which views those users see.
Can those users still click the links within those plans even if the saved view is only inis\epics and not stories, tasks
Hi Neil,
To the best of my knowledge, it is possible to customize the views that people see. Find the plan settings option on your plan's left side in order to accomplish that. You can see a few alternatives if you click on the plan settings option. You can choose Permissions under ACCESS CONTROL from those options.
Please find the attachment for your reference.
Thanks & Regards,
Armitha.
My challenge is that the external stake holders will have access to all of the saved plans views and not the one that is necessary for them. Thanks for your pointer

Is there a workaround somewhere that this group of users can only view and see initiatives and epics and nothing lower than that
