I cannot configure JIRA Cloud in Teams.
Another member of my team is able to use the Teams App to create, view and send issues in our backlog in chats using this.

Firstly, I would like to ask you if you are following the steps of our documentation and on what step you are facing this issue:
You mentioned that a team member is able to use it, can you please confirm with your administrator if you have the exact same permissions as your teammate?
You can also try cleating the cache of the Teams desktop client. For that, you can sign out from the desktop client, close or kill the process, and then sign back. If it doesn’t work, you can also follow the steps of the post below:
