I cannot deactivate a managed user account. I have the correct rights, but I get the following message.
The message displayed:
Manage the profile details and security policies in Google admin.
I cannot find the correct info to deactivate or delete this account.
These user accounts have been deleted in Gsuite and an alias is added to another emailaccount.
I'm having this issue too!
My domain is verified and the users are synchronized with GSuite, but I can't "manage" anything about these "managed" users.
I have this problem as well, I have accounts I'm offboarding and want to deactivate in both G Suite and Atlassian but it won't let me deactivate them in atlassian.

Update
Only now I saw the "If you manage users through Google Suite, remove the users from Google Suite. Then contact Support to request deletion of the users' accounts." message on the https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/delete-a-managed-account-961259516.html page...
Same here, please provide a solution for this issue.
The users are deleted from G Suite and I resynced the Atlassian account again with G Suite but it didn't help.
The users are listed as Bitbucket.org users but they are deleted there as well.
