Cannot login

2 of mt team members cannot login in or reset passwor.

1. I sent invite

2. they accepted invite and signed up.

3. They tried logging in, an error pops up, incorrect login.

4. I check Jira admin and it still says they have not accepted the invitation yet.

5. I resend invitation.

6. thay sign up again, but Jira says user already exixst. use recovery link if you for got password.

7. Never receive recovery passwork.

I am stuck. I don't know how to add those users without deleting them. I have already assigned them tasks.

Did you solve your problem by now? If not, I can escalate this to Atlassian. Perhaps their email bounces.
