Hi ,

What error you are getting while upload.?

I'm able to add attachment from my end . so this is not an atlassian issue . may be some network issue from end . please add a screenshot

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience here but looks like you are affected by an active incident - Media outage affecting multiple Atlassian services

Some customers have reported that the service has started working for them. Can you please retry once?
