Cant See My Created Issues in the Backlog

Nicholas Ren

Hi Support,

Previously, whenever I created new stories in my Team Manager project, the stories appear in the backlog.

However, my created stories do not appear in the backlog now and I am shown this message (attached).

I want my created issues to appear in the backlog.

How do I resolve this?

Hi Nicholas, could you please attach the screenshot (the error message) again as it's not visible in your message? And also:

1. Have you checked the board filter?

2. Do you use Kanban board?
