Cant seem to add post functions to a transition

Sitting with Jira 7 and trying to understand why there is not possible way to add post functions to a transition. 

I have created a work flow and on some transitions like from Rejected ->Done the transitions states that there are 5 post functions. 

However I cannot see how to edit the post functions at all. There is not add post functions when I highlight the transition or anything. 

Either I assume it is a limit on my permissions or a limit in the jira version. But really need some help to sort this out.

Do this press the transition and then press post function and there in right corner you'll see add post function

There is no function behind clicking post functions. It is only a text line that say 

Post Functions(5) so seems not to have the option at all to change anything with post functions

Have you checked your user permission?

In which groups are you? Are you an administrator?

Im in Jira-administrators and Project members  so should be able to do what I want right? 

I can add status and add transitions so why not post functions or any other action on the transitions themselves
