Once I have added the capacity to my timeline, I am not able to see the sprints status bar with extra tabs corresponding to each sprint.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if you are using Advanced Roadmaps in Jira Server or Cloud.

I’m asking because you posted this question as Jira Cloud, but your site is Free where Advanced Roadmaps is not available.

Can you please let us know more details about your settings? If possible share with us a screenshot of how your timeline is showing and the steps you are following, so we can do the same here to try to replicate the issue.
