Hi
I am from the developers team of one of the marketplace apps available for Jira Cloud. Few of our customers want to change their Jira site URL/ rename it. But are not sure if our App will work after the change. As of now our app is not compatible with this Jira feature.
We would like to perform the site-url for one of our testing Jira instances and would need help from Atlassian support team to guide us through the process.
What information is required from Jira-site owner?
How much time would it take?
Does Atlassian charge us for this feature of site-url rename? If yes Please let us know the charge for the same?
Do we need to take backup of our Jira instance ?
Lastly, how do the marketplace apps in general register themselves as compatible to Jira Site-URL rename feature.
Will share our app details once we get connected to Jira support developer team.
Thank you.

Hi @Prerak Y Diwan ,
My suggestion would be to take this post to the developer's community and also raise a support case with atlassisin.

Updating URLs is now available for sites that have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan. You’re unable to update the URL if the site has only Jira Free and Confluence Free. Please read our self help documentation on how to Update a product URL.
