Could someone please telll us why we cant modify email adresse of user in jira cloud ?
The idea that we have a domain , and i noticed that a user use a public gmail address , so i tryed to change this email adress but i can't , i need to create a new account ?

Ask the user if e/she can update the email from the below, by logging into the current account.

You can, if you own the account. I'm guessing you are looking at Atlassian accounts, rather than managed ones.
Atlassian accounts belong to individuals, so you have no right to change the email addresses, and rightly so. Imagine a case where I added you to one of the Cloud systems I administrated. Your Atlassian account contains your access to your Cloud systems as well as the one I look after. Would it be right for me to be able to change the email address on your account? (You can also substiture "legal" for "right" and you'll get the same answer)
