Hi All,
I would like to change the order of workflow buttons displayed in our Jira Cloud project. I created the workflow multiple times as I though it has to do with the order in which they are created, however, this doesn't seem to do anything.
When viewing the workflow in text format rather than diagram, I realised that each transition has a Transitions (Id) and the order of the workflow is correct there. Basically the diagram and the text version are showing me the correct order of the workflow, but when I'm in the ticket clicking on the status dropdown, it's all jumbled up.
Any ideas?
Rob
Hi @Rob C ,
You can rearrange workflow transition buttons using a "opsbar-sequence" workflow property. There is one good video on you tube on how to do it

To rearrange workflow buttons, you can add the property key opsbar-sequence to each workflow transition with a value.
Hi Niranjan,
Thanks for getting back to me. I swear I tried it and it didn't work. But now it does work. This is awesome. Thanks so much.
Additional question: Once you select your status from the dropdown menu, it's set. When you click on the dropdown again, it won't show you, though, what the next steps would be (unless you're familiar with the workflow).
We solved this in the past by working with boards, however, using service desk now, we are using queues rather than boards and people don't see what the theoretical next step would be.
Is there a way to "highlight" the next step in the workflow to be seen in the drop-down?
Hope that makes sense.
Rob

I believe that the user should be able to see "View workflow" on the issue.
