Child tasks are not created from Epic

Issue Summary

Child tasks from Epic are not created when using the "+" button (Create Issue in Epic).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Epic
2. Create child task

Expected Results

On the Epic screen, the task creation screen opens. The "Epic Link" field is automatically filled in.

Actual Results

The issue creation page opens (/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa), where the field "Epic Link" is empty. The created task does not become a child if the field is not filled "Epic Link".

Workaround (uncomfortable)

Add field "Epic Link" to issue creation screen and fill in manually.

What version of Jira Server are you using?
