Hello community!

I have a Service Project in which I get issues with a form already filled in. I automated a rule in which this issue is cloned into another Project, but the information from the form is not displayed on the cloned issue.

Is there a way I can include the proforma field in my cloned issue?

All I need is the submitted info on the form to be shown in my cloned issue, can be as plain text on a comment for example.

Hi @Laura Cruz ,

You can do this in three ways:

  1. You (or your Jira admin) can create custom fields which you can use in the form (via the Linked Jira field option), The value of the form field will be present in the Jira field which you can use during the clone.
  2. You can use a rest api call, to fetch all answers which were submitted in the form and copy them to the new cloned issue.
  3. Copy the issue via an automation rule and copy the form via the same rule. See this page

Thank you @Rudy Holtkamp !
I was in a bit of a hurry to have a solution and the third option was a great way to solve it.
