Under filtered issues, I have noticed a blank column named Closure Comments.
Where and how can I add value into it. I havent noticed any specific field that would be named Closure comments.
I have tried to add a general comment and worklog comment on the task, afterward moved the task into the status done - still blank

Welcome to the community!
I haven't seen this field yet in any instance, so I think it must be something custom.
Remember that you can see all available fields in your instance on the "search issue" page when adding columns, so the field could be used in a completely different project.
If you are wondering, ask your Jira admin for the origin and usage of the field.
