Confluence integration

Shivraj Singh April 8, 2020

I want to be able to create a Confluence page directly from a JIRA issue.

E.g. If my developer is done with htis deveoplment, I want the developer to create a happy flow.

In earlier versions of JIRA, if memory serves, it was poosible to directly create a confluence page from the Task/story.

I cannot seem to find this feature anymore.

What doI need to do to enable this?

Thanks a ton.

Warm regards,

Shiv

Hello Shivraj,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The option to create a page from a ticket is available for Jira Service Desk. The field is called "Related knowledge base articles".

For Jira Software this option is not available and to create a page it's necessary to go to Pages on the project to select a template and then be redirected to Confluence.

Regards,
Angélica
