Hi there,
Is there any way that I can copy or export all automation project rules to another project in another cloud?
We have over a hundred rules and it will be really time-consuming to create it one by one. Thank you.
Hi @sophie.jim - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
In the instance that has the rules you want to copy, go to Settings > System > Global Automation
Click on the 3 dots menu in the upper right and choose Export Rules
Then go to the Target instance and do the same thing, except choose Import Rules.
Then follow the prompts.
Hi @John Funk , yes the way suggested allows me to export all the rules. Is there a way that I can filter out the rules of a specific project that I want then import the rules in another cloud? Thank you.

After you do the export, you can select which rules you want to import into the new instance. You don't have to import all of them even though all of them might get exported.

Hi @John Funk , thank you for the suggestion. May I know how I can select those rules that I want? I have the JSON file with me but not sure what to do. Thank you.

Do the import in the second instance. There you will see a list of the rules and you can click on the ones you want to import.

Hi @sophie.jim ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Currently there's an open request for that feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-3259
Please vote it in order to keep up-to-date about it.
Workaround :
Hope this helps,
