Create Filter via API Error

Hello,

When i try to create a filter I always get the Error Message: "Invalid request payload. Refer to the REST API documentation and try again."

Hi, @Juergen Koeck 

Checked REST API. 

https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-filters/#api-rest-api-3-filter-post

You are trying to set parameter Owner, which is not in API, and sharePermisions block contains "key", documentation knows nothing about it.

Try to make request in accordance with documentation.
