Is that any possibility for us to create something like table / matrix on Jira Screen? So the users can fill in the field "Note" according the space that we has been prepared. Thank you
Are you looking to set some type of template in the description field for one or more types of Jira tickets in order to keep all tickets in the same format?
If so, then you could create/use automations for each issue type (template) to set the description on Create Issue event. For example: you could use automation to create a template when a new issue (story) is created. The rule would run when the issue is created and the issue type = story. Then you could use an action to edit issue field, such as the Description field with a template text.
You could potentially use a plugin as well.
