Hi
We have JIRA Cloud Premium and when trying to add an Epic using Advanced Roadmaps from a Plan, we get
""This Level is currently hidden. To Create EPIC Issues, include this level in the hierarchy range"
we have this already set up in the hierarchy
Any ideas? Cheers Warde
To resolve this, change the hierarchy view under the Filters option:
Set it to show from Theme through to Epic (or Story), and it will then allow you to create at that level.

Thank you, @Huy
This step should be included in Atlassian general instructions pages for creating a new hierarchy level.

I just spent four hours trying to figure out why I couldn't add or see my new Initiative issues on my plan and it was as simple as this.

Hi Tara,
Per your feedback, I've added "You may need to adjust your hierarchy filters in the Filters menu for them to show on your timeline." to the Configure custom hierarchy levels in Advanced Roadmaps page.
Cheers
Eddie
