Hi! Im trying to turn on option crating ticket via mail, but it works only on kanban projects. I cant in any way do it on scrum. Someone have any advice?

The project type has no effect on how it handles incoming email. Could you share settings you have for a project that is not importing the issues? (Do please obscure/redact details like the email server name, if you're worried about sharing it - we need to see the general outline of the settings, not the exact detail)
