Custom field multi-line cannot attach an image

Hi everyone,

I am having a problem with a sub-tasks that is using the same custom fields than a task. Knowingly "Actual results", this custom field is configured to allow attaching pictures. While this perfectly work at a task level, I don't have the option of adding any picture in the sub task. Would you happen to know why?

I have tried to create a specific field for sub task but it gets me the same result, I cannot paste a picture in this field.
